Property Tax Management, LLC (PTM), a tax consulting firm, is uniquely qualified to provide filing and appeal services to clients that can make a huge difference in their tax burden borne.

PTM provides two main services to its clients. First, is in the area of business personal property taxes which entails accurately prepairing and filing the annual personal property rendition within the time frame established by the county assessor's office. Second, is in the area of real estate taxes. These taxes can often be troublesome especially right after a reappraisal has occurred.

Other services include auditing tax bills, handling property tax audits, preparing annual accruals and other miscellaneous tax services.
