Daniel Shea
Dan is the President of Property Tax Management, LLC. He brings 37 years of diversified experience in business management in manufacturing, consulting, and non-profit environments as a finance and planning executive. Dan brings to the organization strengths in strategic and financial planning, acquisitions and divestitures, finance and accounting, construction project management, operations management, information systems, and real estate transactions.

Larry W. Berretta
Larry is Vice President of Operations at Property Tax Management, LLC. He has 39 years of experience in every segment of property tax management including governmental, corporate and private consulting, with much of his background & experience being in the Hospitality Industry. For PTM, Larry oversees and implements the filing of real estate assessment valuation appeals, negotiates with assessors, presents appeals to Boards of Equalization, prepares property returns, maintain accruals for tax payments, and audits and approves tax bills for both real and personal.

David C. Young
David has 29 years of experience in taxation in both the governmental and corporate sector, specializing in real and personal valuation. He is a former commercial property appraiser in Shelby County, Tennessee, and a hearing officer on the Shelby County Board of Equalization. David has also represented corporate taxpayers and government entities to the state court level as an expert witness.

Aidan B. Underwood, CPA
Aidan is certified in Tennessee and Massachusetts. He is a retired partner with BDO Seidman and brings 45 years of concentrated tax experience in the northeast and midsouth to include the preparation and review of income, transfer, property, tax returns; establishing related internal control procedures; consultative planning for clients; representation before appropriate levels of pertinent tax authorities; and other advocacy services. Aidan joined PTM in 2001 to assist with review of returns and to spearhead the resolution of audits.

Janice Zeller
Janice joined the PTM team in 1999. She brings years of administrative, organizational, and communication experience to the PTM team. Janice files personal property renditions with taxing authorities, listing and catergorizing company owned assets. She also processes tax bills, invoices and assessment notices.
